B Well Now and join us for a day of mindful presence, exploration and meaningful connection as we move, eat, immerse ourselves in nature, playfully express & create together in an extraordinary location at The Hill & Dale - a magical and expansive 4-acre property with a beautifully restored historical home in downtown Port Hope, Ontario.

10am - Arrival
10:30am - B Present & Curious in our opening circle
11:30am - B Open & Flowing through yoga with Jigna or Qi Gong with Thu
12:30pm - B Nourished by enjoying a healthy lunch
1:30pm - B Mindful through embarking on a nature immersion walk with Frankie
2:30pm - B Expressive & Free through singing & dancing with Kira or poetry writing
3:15pm - B Comforted through savouring a warm tea & sweet treat while receiving divine inspiration through oracle card readings
4:00pm - B Reflective & Creative in our closing circle
4:45pm - Departure
